Thank you so much for helping me continue a daily practice of yoga. The inner game, many times for me; is a more challenging practice.

This has become a staple practice for me, minimum once per week. Didn't know it existed until now. Now wishing there were more like it! Kara Looney is a fantastic instructor. Really appreciated that she referenced actual scientific data when introducing the practice. Hope to see more of these classes!

This is a mantra meditation—you are supposed to talk and say the mantra, first loud, then softly, then internally. The studies the teacher referenced say it works best when done in the traditional way--with the talking and hand movements as directed. I really liked it. Overrides my overthinking mind and calmed me down.

Too much talking to meditate

Agree. Too much talking.
However, I used the chant to help focus my decluttering:
Sa - it came into the house
Ta - it was used
Na - it stopped being used
Ma - it leaves to another life
