Great idea to have students line up their toe and heel on the edge of the mat, with a block behind, already in place for use during the Trikonasana bend. Also, smart tactile cue of placing the finger in the hip crease on one side and waist on the other to feel the muscles working. Good to keep in mind for beginners and also for those not as in touch with their bodies as some other people. Thank you!

I finally figured out how to get my hips, knees, and toes lined up during a triangle pose. I really appreciated the "front of the mat" technique that was shown in this video. It got me all lined up properly during this pose.
