Wow my hips were firing towards the end of this exercise. There really aren't a lot of great leg-targeting practices on here, so I was very glad to find this one as I've really been missing leg days at the gym!

What a fun class! It was the perfect amount of challenging and I loved the mix of classic flow with the unique movements and posstures Andrea brings to the sequence. Good balance of holds and faster repetitive movements. Andrea has a wonderful teaching style with easy-to-follow instruction and some pleasant commentary that made me smile!

In yoga, many poses and movements get repeated from class to class, so that our muscles get used to them and stop responding in the way we want them to. Not in this class! Andrea is very creative: she spruces up the poses, changing them around to make our muscles actually work in a new way! Her manner and voice are very confident, yet reassuring and calming. I am adding this great class to my collection and will do it again.
