This was my first class with Davina, and I will be doing more! Love the emphasis on getting information from your body, noticing where you feel strain or ease in a pose and adjusting accordingly. Agree with other commenters that it was mislabeled as a level 1 and should be 2- she doesn't always give the English names of poses and there isn't much explanation of the form for more common poses.

I adore sun salutations and this video was absolutely perfect for that. Davina spends a lot of time cultivating flexibility, stability, and strength before moving into balance poses. Not a ton of time in this video is spent actually in the balance poses, but it is a well-rounded and developed practice. Perfect for warming the body and starting my day!

This class was totally perfect for me today. I was traveling and have not been feeling too well, so I have been out of my regular asana practice for about a week and a half. This class was the perfect way to ease back in and still feel the positive impact on my body, mind, and spirit. I really appreciated the space given to each of the postures and the modifications as well. I feel super nourished and ready to move about the rest of my day with patience and grace. Thank you for a wonderful class!
