Find a comfortable seat and settle into a deep meditative state that will help you release the things you're holding onto in your life. Recommended props: 1 blanket
This was very healing at the end of a long day, long week, long month and long years of suppressed sadness, anger and resentment.
I came to this meditation looking for relief from anger after an every-day kind of fight with my husband -- this mediation was focused on issues far bigger than a run-of-the-mill fight. The meditation would be phenomenal for people who are trying to work through emotions that are the result of trauma at the hands of others, but made me feel kind of guilty for being angry about such a little thing. So, not exactly the right fit for smaller emotions.
Thank you...needed to hear this words today while dealing with difficult emotions. I'm really glad that you are doing these videos on myyogaworks, Dan. They are a gift. I look forward to seeing more of your meditations on here. Namaste. :)
Thank you. Very positive and uplifting.
