Such a well-rounded class and I agree, it's more of a 2.5 in some aspects. Really loved the combined feeling of getting a sweaty workout then calming my mind and body.

Great, well-rounded flow. I love all of Patti's classes! She gives clear cues, and really helps focus in on individual body parts and the foundation of each pose. Very important in a home practice without a teacher in the room. I agree with the comment below that the savasana comment in the description is a bit misleading and unnecessary since there is no built-in savasana. But now I know for next time and will definitely do this class again!

This class was fun and challenging! I typically do Level 3 classes, but the title caught my attention. Didnt stay in the poses too long since the goal was to move quickly. More of a cardio-type class. I dont think Ive watched one of Pattis videos before, but shes a great instructor with a calm, relaxing voice. The only thing I didnt like was that savasana wasnt fully included as mentioned in the title. I like it when the whole savasana is included; it makes me more likely to stay still for a few minutes before going about my day. :)
