This was great! I've been struggling with lower back pain for over a week. I wondered if it was due to extended illness, my core is just so weak. Not sure if that's it, but this class felt good and my pain is noticeably less. I'll be back tomorrow!!

lots of 'core' classes only focus on the abs/front body. Chavasana was longer than in most of the 60 min classes.

I usually go for 60-75 minute classes so was skeptical about a 22 minute class. But 22 minutes of yoga is better than zero minutes! I was pleasantly surprised by how challenging this was and look forward to checking out some more from this instructor. Thank you!

At the very beginning of this I was wary because of the minimal instructions that could produce injury ("lift your leg," which people often over do and hurt their back, rather than "lengthen your leg so much it lifts"), but using my own body awareness to stay safe, I did enjoy this sequence and I feel stronger throughout my midline.
