Really good way of calming the mind and categorizing what the thoughts are when they interrupt my meditation. Great class!

That was something I have always wanted. I had become very familiar with sitting and practicing stillness and now I know to identify the thoughts, categorize them, and let them pass. Also her comment about choosing which thought or emotion to do or feel was very enlightening. Something to add to my practice. Thank you!!

I loved the idea of identifying thoughts as they come up into categories.... planning was a big one for me. Another way to get to know my mind. Thank you!

Manageable amount of time for a newb; just enough direction, just enough silence. This one's going on a playlist :-)
