Carolina is a dream. I would take ANY class with her - her calm, soothing voice and distinct instructions are amazing. A great example is in the transition to warrior one, she says to "use both feet to anchor you as you rise." A very simple instruction but one that is so helpful - especially for someone with hip injury/pain. THANK YOU Carolina! I miss you and this practice makes me very happy!

The title set the expectation that affirmations were incorporated into the flow. That was not the case. It was a good morning flow class. There was one affirmation at the very end which teachers do regularly anyway. Please consider changing the title to morning flow

I loved this class. I liked the sequencing and her instruction. I will definitely add this to my library to do again. But being that it is a morning flow I wish there had been more warm up. Next time I will probably warm up and do some strap work before I press play.

As a long-time yogi, I love Iyengar, so I am partial to a slower class and holding poses for longer. I also like Ashtanga and practiced that style for many years. With that said, I really liked this class, and some of it moved a little fast. Some of the sequencings did not even allow for 1 full inhale or exhale before being prompted into the next pose. For me, the beginning could have also allowed just a few more breaths holding down dog before moving into vinyasa. If you are taking this class and you too like to hold poses longer, you may want to do your own warm-up before beginning the class. Also, to get a full breath more often, skip some of the chaturangas. I would take this class again.

Wonderful class with a gentle pace and a focus on breath and alignment. This wasn't a class that made me sweat, but it worked my muscles and kept me focused on doing the poses well. Loved it! I return to Carolina's class again and again. Pacing is deliberate so I can focus on form. But don't be fooled - during vinyasas it always builds up heat. Really love this class. Would love to see more classes like this from Carolina with some emphasis on core. Namaste!

I just keep coming back to this class with Carolina. So many of the other classes feel stressful and a bit militant to me. Not soft and friendly and yoga like and I prefer this home type of yoga studio and softer instructor voice. To me, this is what yoga is supposed to be!
