I loved this class - nice flow, great twisting focus.
I think this course was just as challenging as any other level 2 course on the site. Quite yummy, and I loved the focus on proper alignment, but aimed at higher level students' needs.
Not super challenging for a level 2. More flow would have been great.

This is my absolute favorite class so far! I love twists and here I get to practice them fully with the right attention to alignment as well as a good dose of Alexandrias fab humor and mirth.
