This class was accessible for me. I've been practicing at level two for a while now, but like most people want to work on greater core strength as I move into arm balances. It had variety, but there were longer low plank holds (2 minutes) which I like to call yogi-vitamins because they are so good for us...but not always fun. Good work-out for 20 minute class. I'm following this up with some deeper hip stretches because in 20 minutes there just isn't time for a good cool down ;) - Great class!
definitely yoga for the boys but I kept going even though I fell over a few times... quite fast paced so I'm not sure either that I did the right thing but it was fun! thanks Vytas!

Good ab workout. I had to modify a bit, doable for people who have been level 2 for awhile
It is classes like these that make me feel like there is a huge gap between Level 1 and 2. Though i am only now exploring Level 2 classes, this certainly did not feel accessible to me or "medium" to me.
