great flow, it is challenging. There is talking - but I actually enjoy and am receptive to hearing commentary - only because sometimes it is enlightening and we can always learn even when we are meditating :)
Great vinyasa flow! I love the commentary, especially when my brain is fighting against the longer holds, the instructions help me pull through!

I really love this class, it’s challenging and well rounded. My only somewhat negative feedback is that there is too much talking for a level 3, we are experienced practitioners and don’t need this many stories etc.. less talking would give us the space to go inward, Jesse has a hard time with that. Otherwise it’s one of my go to’s. Thank you.

I find it somewhat odd that this class is not more highly rated. (Metricly speaking) . It's one of my all time favorites. Full 30 minutes of As and Bs. Jesse is practical and funny. I default to this practice again and again without it getting stale.

This class is a perfect illustration of what an astute, fantastic teacher Jesse is. I loved the 5 As and 5 Bs, I love when they feel like a moving meditation and this provided just that - different focal points for each round, several breaths in between, long and smooth. So delicious. I deeply appreciated the little bit of yoga philosophy, shout out to Patanjali, in the opening and the concepts of true yoga woven into each asana throughout the practice. Definitely favoriting this for days when I want a challenging but slower, more focused pace. Namaste!

I enjoy this one a lot and do it frequently. Its perfect when I want a workout but dont have a lot of time.
I really enjoyed this class! It was challenging but Jesse takes your mind off of the difficulty by directing you to focus on different parts of your body and breath throughout the flow. I love her adjustments and teaching style. Bookmarking this class and will adding it to my practice at least once a week.

Great basic flow but with a slight twist - Jesse focuses your intention towards different parts of the flow (via focusing on different parts of the flow, your breath, different muscle groups) and makes a simple flow more interesting and fulfilling. Love her simple, but direct approach to teaching and correct alignment. Will do this again.
