I am very active, run an work out most days for many years . I frequently do the frog stretch after a workout. , although I am very stiff in the adductor,never had any knee problems. Frequently do the standing stretch in the middle. However I attempted this without any warmup , just as a slow stretch , and by the time I got up to the standing stretch my knees were in pain. It remains for the third day after . I can not run, sit down or even go up/down straits. I regret coming across this video
