This was a fun and challenging sequence! Although I’m glad I read the reviews and so was prepared to rewind and do the right side warrior 2 to side angle pose at around minute 22. But this class is now saved so that I can continue to improve bird of paradise.
This is indeed a great class, challenging but accessible. I was forewarned from the comments that the instructor forgets to repeat a Warrior 2 + Side Angle Pose on the opposite side (~25:00), so I could simply rewind and mirror her instructions for the opposite side.

This was a well rounded class except for twists and an inversion. My only critique is that Mia misses a warrior two and side angle pose on the right side during one of the first standing sequences....you may want to pause the video and add it on your own if you want to feel balanced. :) Otherwise.....very nice class.
