This was an excellent class. The slow pace makes the poses challenging, but none of them are out of reach. The instructions were clear and appropriate, and the instructor not too chatty. Wonderful!

Loooove this class. Found some new insights for transitions and shaped vinyasa on the way to peak poses. Feeling like a nice though slow workout on the top of good yoga practice and still staying on level 2. I really love it!
