A good mid-level flow, with all the warrior poses and a few twists. Some of the instructions about using straps/blocks were difficult for me to understand, especially the last one - rather convoluted!
This class was exactly what I needed. I've had a rough couple of weeks, and my mood after this class is definitely elevated and inspired. Love your cues and sequencing. I'll be back for more of your classes!
I found her speaking throughout the practice to be a good fit for me. Distracting enough when things became challenging and motivating to continue on. I will do this class again!
Loved this class and the challenge it brought to my muscles! Although the sequencing was great:I did find at times, especially in the beginning, that there was too much talking. I love cues and some motivational speech but some reflective silence to balance it all out would be great also.

great way to push myself a little further. once i was reminded to focus on my breathing i found it easier to stay where i was or maybe even a little deeper into the pose.
