I have the following things I want to do every day: Exercise, stretch, and meditate. This class covers all three of those goals!
I'd love to see more classes like this that end in meditation. I often fill like shavasana is cut short, and also lacks guided meditation.
One thing I might suggest for future classes where the end meditation/shavasana length can be extended is *not* to interrupt meditation. Simply preface before you start that you'll sign off with something like "here is I'll leave you with your breath", otherwise, it kind of breaks the meditation headspace!
