Follow Sara as she leads you through a strong ashtanga practice. Recommended props: 2 blocks

Such a nice, well-rounded class. Plenty of standing and seated poses and excellent instruction. I will put this in my regular rotation. Thank you, Sara!

I enjoyed this class. While it wasn't traditional Ashtanga, it was definitely Ashtanga-inspired.

Sarah is my fave IRL instructor and it was great to find her here!

I was really looking for a more traditional ashtanga. This wasn’t it.

I think if you consider yourself an intermediate Level 2, this is at just the right level. I found it engaging because of the variation between holding some poses for a few breaths and then going more quickly through a lot of others. If you like to stretch before you start, I'd do that before you start the video, because what she does is use flows for warm-ups and then do the stretching at the end. She stays with you through the sabasana, so you can really relax, which I always appreciate.

This gave me a really sweet all-over workout. Sara’s cues are excellent without providing TMI and the pace is just right for me. I’ve done this workout multiple times and will keep coming back for more.

I was so happy to see one of Sara's classes on MYW. The class was a beautiful combination of strength building and stretching. Challenging in the best way.

This class is challenging, but with lots of good modifications for some of the traditional ashtanga primary series poses. Thanks Sarah!

I really enjoyed Sara's personality and instruction in this class. Very positive and upbeat! I consider myself somewhere between a level 2 and 3 in yoga, but I am a little new to Ashtanga. I really felt that, while this class was challenging, it was also playful and fun. I didn't have time to be bored! Thank you! Would love to see more Ashtanga classes like this one.

Really great class and instruction. Wish there were more than three classes offered from Sara :)

Thank you for a creative, strong, energetic practice, with a lot of room for modifications and progressions. I guess Sara is a wonderful teacher both in person and online! (Side note: This borrows from Ashtanga, in terms of many of the asanas, but is not a traditional Ashtanga sequence.)

I really appreciated the class. Well rounded and got my inversions in also. Thanks! will be my go to class!

I wanted to enjoy this but definitely Level 1and not the smoothest instruction for those who are practiced yogis. I appreciate the class but ended it short because of a lot of gaps in instruction after Sun As and Bs. This wasn't respectful of adults over 30 either...lots of "ahuhs" and "yeps" throughout...kind of unpleasant for maturer audiences. Thanks anyway.
