I really felt myself calm down and I didn't even realize that I felt tense. Nice light stretching. Didn't stretch much of the calves or Achilles tendon if you are looking for that.
I did this one in the evening before bed and loved feeling like I'd worked my abs a bit, while the stretches were calming and delicious. Ready to tuck in now and go for a run in the morning!
I run a lot and I'm not religious about stretching afterwards. This is a nice opener for the hips and hamstrings, and it's quick!
