I'm currently at 16 just weeks, a seasoned yogi, and found this practice challenging at the peak, during the flow holding goddess and in the squat. Loved it. This may be better suited for people in later stages of pregnancy. I'm at 18 weeks and this wasn't quite the work I was looking for. Lots of great stretching, though! I still felt good after the practice.
