LOVE this class! Ashley’s sequencing and instruction is seamless, fluid, and so enjoyable. This practice was so efficient and energizing. All of the level 3 shorter practices are geared towards a targeted “workout”, which is great sometimes, but other times I just want a compact, well-rounded yoga flow. This is exactly that! Going into my favorites for days when I don’t have much time!

Ashley's class is extremely strong and well-rounded, she fits in a lot in just 22 minutes. Definitely makes it feel longer (in a good way) because you do so much. Third time taking and it just keeps getting better and better! Would highly recommend for anyone, short on time or not.

Great flow, but she does talk really fast. Lots of (great) cues during poses jammed in with the directions, so sometimes I miss transitions. But once I get the series I think I will love it.

Love this class! I tried it the other morning and it was perfect. A well -rounded fast-paced flow to make you feel stretched out and feeling great. The quick cues take a little getting used to when you’re used to a regular yoga pace. But I highly recommend this class. Definitely going into my favorites.

Wonderful class thank you! Did NOT feel like 20 minutes, so much goodness packed in and cues didn’t feel rushed, just nice and steadily paced. I usually do lots of slow vinyasa flows so this one felt fresh and gave me heaps of energy to tackle the day. So glad I could still practice on a tight timeframe.

Too fast for me to feel like I was getting a real stretch or strength experience - it's like she's talking on 1.5x speed - but obviously it works for others. If you're uncertain, I recommend listening to the first few minutes to get a sense of the pacing and see if it works for you.

I was looking for a class to energize me during a busy day and this was exactly the right pace for me! It is a bit faster paced than other classes but I liked it. I wouldn't recommend this class for someone who wants or needs a lot of explaining and instruction. It's all about moving.

This is the first class I've taken with Ashley (I rarely branch out from the few teachers I follow), but I will definitely be coming back for me. Awesome sequence that packed a ton into 20 minutes without feeling rushed. Ashley's instruction is a great way to energize and center your day; loved the focus on the breathe, which kept this relatively swift moving class (very few and only short holds) very mindful.
