Major issues for all yogaworks videos: there is no way to tweek the speed.
This class would benefit from allowing a bit more time to execute, especially in the first part. Also, breathing instruction is should be at par with the rest.

For some reason, my neck was stiff. I’ve never had that problem before but we’re all cooped up inside due to COVID19. This workout had excellent stretches and physical meditations on nerves and muscles in my upper back and neck.

Love this class! Love Olivia! Every single instruction she gave is so helpful. The only issue I had was that seemed like too long time to be in a low lunge (through gomukasana & the twist), at least for me. I modified though. But absolutely love the class overall. Thank you Olivia!

This was an excellent class. I have a chronically tight neck, and this gave me a much needed release that I haven't been able to get from my regular stretches. It also gave me tools for how to hold my neck in poses such as side angle and prayer twist. Plus, some nice lower back work. Extra kudos for using models that represent different ages and body types.

I've been having some acute shoulder pain (and as a result neck and back pain too) in the past couple of weeks from surfing, and have been attending restorative classes and gentle flow classes along with doing some stretching at home, but was seeing little improvement. This class combined with a couple of simple shoulder strengthening exercises from a physical therapist has really worked wonders on me the past few days. Olivia's sequence and instructions are so spot on for addressing pain in the upper back, neck, and shoulders - I highly recommend this class if those areas need some relief in your body.

I've been noticing more and more that my shoulders and neck are quite stiff and that I've lost a lot of range of motion there so this was nice to do and I will repeat it regularly. However, the recording sound quality is VERY low, difficult to hear from a computer without a very good extra speaker.
