This practice alleviated a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders from work and an intense kickboxing class yesterday. The nice surprise here were all the twists peppered throughout the class, which opened up my spine and left me feeling great. Recommend taking this class if you sit at a desk all day. My neck feels like it's two inches longer now!

Love all of the shoulder sequences here! My only suggestion is to have one of the yogis demonstrating modified versions of the poses (they both seemed to do the more advanced versions).

I have very tight shoulders and wish this practice was at least an hour long. Maybe more of a warm up. For now I just combine it with another short practice
