I love this class. Tons of unique upper body stretching that leaves my neck and shoulders feeling open and tension-free. Some shoulder strengthening as well, with dolphin and pincha prep. Davina doesn't ignore the lower body, either -- there's a decent amount of hamstring stretching, vinyasa, and some outer hip stretches. Her teaching style is excellent -- strong cues without over-talking.

This is such a great class and I keep coming back to it over and over. The stretches feel so good on my back, shoulders and arms. I sit up much straighter and feel lighter as I work all day on my computer.
Some of the more advanced variations were quite challenging and fun to attempt. This class really kept me engaged. Loved the pace and the creativity. Can't praise Davina enough.

Davina is one of my favorite teachers in Houston. She always knows how to challenge you while also providing options for you to up level of modify. She keeps the spirit of her class light and fun.
