I have been experiencing alot of pain in my neck and shoulders and decided to try the class. I don't know why I did not try sooner!! I love David's classes and this one is fantastic. This is a great class but like a few other yogaworks online classes the sound volume is too low. Tried this class on my tablet and desktop- can't quite hear David even with volume turned up.
Great sequence. Felt great in my body and wonderful verbal cues. Never had to look at the screen. But it was hard to hear even with my volume all the way up.
I just finished a week-long training for work and was sitting for more hours per day than I am used to. This practice definitely opened up my tight spots (hello side twist "in the wind"). I also enjoy David because he is funny and seems like a great person. This is only the second or third class of his I have completed but I will be back for more because he makes me smile throughout a fun practice.

Great balanced bite-sized practice that works on hips and hamstrings as well as shoulder girdle. I haven't been practicing much lately, so deep hamstring stretches close to end were challenging but I found them do-able. Positive instructor energy and clear demonstration. Thank you!
