I think this is jesse's hardest and best flow. She warms you up with A's and B's right away, then moves into really fun shoulder openers and standing poses. Similar in difficulty as her Strong Flow/Challenging Flow/Fast flow

I can't believe how many postures you fit in to this class while still having long holds.. Its definitely challenging. I especially love that you taught the safe version of shoulder stand. Not only is using the blankets safer for the neck and reducing risk of stroke, but its also a lot more comfortable for us big busted ladies.
