I can't understand if the hip should be open at 90°C and having prop as high as needed to maintain that angle or if we can have it less and be lower. Otherwise good instructions.
I love single pigeon but haven't practiced it at home because of a fear of injury. Alexandria did a great job instructing proper technique. This pose can now be included in my home practice. Thank you!
