This was a great cool down, but I wouldn't recommend it for a warm up or beginner because it moves rather quickly.
Just what I needed to start the day, center myself and wake up. It is a level 2 practice for a reason. Quick flow and short final breathing mindfulness practice that can be lengthened.
A quick class to start a 2-week challenge for me. Loved it !
Definitely not for a beginner solely off of pace. I did this flow after my workout and it was exactly what I needed. It gave me the energizer and focus that I needed to start the rest of my day!
This is nice a great balance of poses but some of them were way to fast for me to fallow along with the video I had to repeat a few times to get through it.
Way to fast (at least for level 1). added stress. Not even 1 sec. in some poses. DID NOT like this session

Awesome! Just what I was looking for -- quick, well-rounded, heat-generating. Only thing I missed was a twist, but it's easy to tack on yourself at the end.

Great quick flow for a quick energy boost. I also loved that she moved through the positions succinctly giving ideas on corrections and things to be mindful of without being overly descriptive ad nauseam.
