I've always done bakasana with my elbows way bent and my knees on the inside of the elbows. I knew I was doing it wrong, but I didn't know how to correctly get into the pose. NOW I DO =D I wasn't able to old the pose very long, but I got both sets of toes off the ground. Going to be practicing tomorrow. So elated right now. Thank you Birgitte for the wonderful practice.
Wow, good workout! However I still need to work on bakasana. I don't have it yet, but I think I can with this program.
When I tried to let the crow pose take flight, my feet could lift from the ground but there was a “nettle burn” type pain between the tricepts and the vastus medialis. Any advice on this one?
