Great video! I can get on my tippy toes but that's about it for now. I'll get it for sure!

I've always done bakasana with my elbows way bent and my knees on the inside of the elbows. I knew I was doing it wrong, but I didn't know how to correctly get into the pose. NOW I DO =D I wasn't able to old the pose very long, but I got both sets of toes off the ground. Going to be practicing tomorrow. So elated right now. Thank you Birgitte for the wonderful practice.

Wow, good workout! However I still need to work on bakasana. I don't have it yet, but I think I can with this program.
When I tried to let the crow pose take flight, my feet could lift from the ground but there was a “nettle burn” type pain between the tricepts and the vastus medialis. Any advice on this one?

I'm really noticing how much my abs are working! Thank you for the workout! See you in the morning for a repeat!

Quick and great work up to bakasana. Felt all those component parts thoroughly worked.
