This is a nice little stretch class but (at least for me) gets way too deep in hip flexors too early. I feel like it's more of an after workout stretch to be done you are already warm.

You're on your knees about 90% of this class. Don't do it if you have knee issues as she says a few times in the class. Would like it if it were a bit more full body.

Because that’s exactly what this does. It’s very gentle but gets right into the places I want to release. Great for morning or at night. This is my go to video when I’m feeling bunched up and need something quick.

This is not a flow in the typical sense where there are the chaturanga/upward facing dog/downward facing dog between every side, but more of slow flow stretch. Personally, after a workout I don't want a whole lot of chaturangas, but more of a cool down stretch that hits target areas. This was perfect for that reason. It reduces the heart rate while moving thoughtfully through the asana. It is also the perfect amount of time for a cool down. This is on my list! Thank you.

This class was perfect after legs-day and a run. I agree with some other reviews that it wasn't much of a flow (I struggled to go gracefully into downward facing dog even at the end), but it was a great ~15min of stretchy yoga and I can't wait to do it again!

I was looking for another video to watch in the morning before I go to class and this was a nice stretch for sure but flows always do a good job of stretching me out and making me energized. This was more of a stretch video, good for after exercise or before bed.
