This was a good class, especially for third trimester. Still enough movement and muscle engagement to feel energizing. Recommend for even intermediate-advanced for later in pregnancy. Amazing instructor. Please record more advanced prenatal classes!

This was level three but I didn't find it to be that challenging at all. Might be great if I was feeling not-so-hot, but on a day I felt great, this did not serve me. (Note - I'm a pretty advanced yogi, so that could be part of it.) She explains everything v well and I did appreciate that.

I totally agree. Definitely not a level 3, but still enjoyable. There was too much time spent explaining how to get into the correct shape of basic poses. I think this should be reclassified.

I did this sequence at least twice a week during my third trimester and absolutely loved it. Its the perfect length of time for a morning/pre-work session and helped keep me strong and limber throughout my pregnancy. Pattis sequences strike a perfect balance between challenging and relaxing/soothing.
