This sequence has it ALL. Nobody holds a candle to Jesse when it comes to a solid, well-rounded vinyasa flow. All these years later, and this is one of the best practices on here. I appreciate it more every time I do it, which has been countless times! Love you Jesse. xo
This is one of the few classes I've found that has actually caused me to break a sweat. The only thing I've noticed and I've noticed it on quite a few classes.... If you are doing this class with several arm balances, I would assume you have a backbend class so just make it level 3 all the way around and teach the those poses. Thanks Jesse
Such a great mix up of my favorite things. Standing holds to feel it in the glutes and legs, a few arm balances, and a nice ab sequence. Well balanced class!
This class isn't particularly fast or unique, but boy is it challenging, sweaty, and energetic. It was more traditional than I expected based on the title and description with just a few interesting twists here and there. But in the end, this sequence absolutely kicked my butt – I feel strong (or jelly-like?) in my legs and arms for sure, twisted out in my core.
I absolutely love all of Jesse's classes, I'm pretty sure I've done almost all of them (multiple times), but I think this one is my favorite! Perfect combination of cardio, core, vinyassas, and balances. Very engaging and challenging! Thank you, Jesse!

If you're looking for a fast-paced level 3 class, this is the one for you. Includes many vinyasa's and 5 arm balances so definitely a sweaty level 3. Great work-out!
I liked the class and it flows well. I wish the instructor had talked less, it was a little distracting and hard to focus in the poses and breathing.
My favorite class so far! I will be coming back to this again and again.
A lot of fun, but as with a lot of classes on this site, I really wish we had more time holding the hip openers at the end! It's awkward to pause every few minutes.
This class was great! Now, if I could only convince my friends to join me:)
