This was great. I've been too self-conscious to try eight-angle pose in live class. This class gives just long enough to try it out without sapping all my arm strength. There's no pressure to do it, with one of the demo yogis sticking with the hip stretch. I finally was able to get off the floor from this class. Thank you!
Challenging and different

I would also love a longer version of this class, but this length worked well for a quick class at the end of the day. It's really well sequenced to prep for the peak pose, as well as giving a good overall range of movement. I'll look for more classes by Sarah, she has a great manner and voice
Arm balances are always a challenge for me. Sarah broke this down and I loved it! Always learn so much from her!
