I felt disappointed after taking the class: it is neither yoga, nor fitness, it left me somewhere in-between, like it was incomplete. In addition, the "windmill" in the middle of the practice is done in one direction only and can leave you pretty dizzy after repeating it ten times.
Quite unique! Loved the pace. My heart was pumped.
I really liked the strength conditioning aspect of this practice. I will try to incorporate this one in once a week as a change of pace, and to make sure I'm toning the muscles needed to deepen my practice.

Very energizing and strengthening workout! I really like this instructor. Did this early in the morning and my tight hips weren't happy;you go right into challenging poses. I think this one is best as an evening workout.
the pulses of 10 worked every major muscle group and strengthened the basics to make a more traditional practice even stronger. great and challenging
What a great, refreshing way of yoga practice! Although a few times I needed to re-connect with my breath to sustain the mental challenge, I very much enjoyed the consistency in repetitions as a different approach to challenge myself in building strength and endurance, at the same time developing patience and steadiness. Thank you, Patti. Your creativity and delivery of instructions are outstanding!
This class was not a traditional yoga class: it incorporated elements of yoga with toning exercises. Good workout so if you're in the mood for something a little different and not holding long poses, try this.

Music is too loud and I couldn't hear the instructor
This isn't a traditional yoga class but I loved it. It was invigorating and strengthening but there was also a nice amount of stretching and restorative at the end. It's a good class if you want a fitness workout with the yoga mentality.
Loved this class! Patti does a great job setting up the poses before going into the repetitions. I love how we focus on the breath throughout each pose, and the minor adjustments Patti recommends to make the postures more effective. Highly recommended if you're looking for a challenging class that will give you a good sweat.
