This is one of Dani's signature Therapeutic practices. The intention is to loosen up all the areas in the body that affect your low back. The sequence will target the hamstrings, hip flexors, hips and inner thighs. There will also be a few stretches for the upper back and shoulders. Everything in the body is connected, so itโ€™s essential to keep everything open and free. The more space we create in the body the more freedom we experience. The more freedom the better we feel. Recommended props: 1 block, 1 bolster, 2 blankets

This was great. I had mild back pain and needed a gentle stretch of the area and after the practice i no longer have it. And it did more, i feel geounded and relaxed my whole body. The move into savasana was very natural and appreciated the guided relaxation and come back afterwards. Many thanks!

I started feeling low back pain last night and I assumed it was from a hard workout yesterday, which tends to happen to me if my legs and hip flexors are tight! Decided to search Yoga works for low back sequence and this was so awesome! I am in the process of moving (down sizing) so it's been a challenge to keep up my routine and self care! I woke up at Lake Havasu this morning with my back spasming and unable to move. Luckily I had my laptop and a mat still in my car. Using a hotel pillow as a bolster, my husbands belt as a strap, and beach towels for blocks and blankets I attempted to start your session. It wasn't pretty, but it slowly worked. I am now moving spasm free and almost normally. Thank you for saving my vacation.
