Eduardo is GREAT. The instruction is perfectly clear. Great dynamic strengthening for the lower body and core. Might be helpful to know that it felt more to me like a fitness class with a bit of yoga than a yoga class with a bit of fitness.

I don't think the instructor does a good job explaining each movement. You can even see that the demonstrators have to adjust several times because they don't understand what the instructor wants.

Also, the instructor says to do a different number of reps if you're at home. Do you expect me to get up, pause the workout, do a certain number of reps, unpause and fast forward to the next part?

Totally into this workout. My new morning wakeupt that opens up horizons for me. The flow is comprehensive and your body and spirit feel content after. Eduardo has an encouraging and guiding style that is conducive to the practice. This is perfect for when I travel and do this in my hotel room after a chill run. Cheers.

I really enjoyed this very balanced and energizing sequence, and also how Eduardo connects our physical movement to our breath and mood. It's like a total reset button! Terrific to get moving in the morning, or to re-vitalize after doing some desk work!

I really enjoyed the sequence and found it struck a refreshing balance between flexibility and core work. Eduardo also delivered a unique message near the end that emphasized the duality of life between chaos and calm that's reflected in the static muscle movements (stillness yet energy) -- I liked that comparison :)

This was quick and perfectly paced to get my heart rate up. It's a hatha flow that integrates some yoga poses with some squats and lunges. Nice combo of stretching and toning exercises!
