Oh my gosh, LOVE THIS SEQUENCE. There are only one each of Sun A and Sun B, but Patti doesn't waste a moment and everything builds so astutely. There are a couple incredible restoratives woven into the flow, always on the heels of HARD postures. Patti is such a sophisticated teacher, this is one of her best sequences especially considering what she fits into 49 minutes. Delicious. Highly recommend.
I loved it! It was challenging and worked places I am not used to work so much. Will come back often.

This class was very challenging and I almost gave up but it definitely flowed through to being very rewarding!
Loved the arm challenge but hurt the wrists a bit. Instructor does a good job of explaining how to get into the poses.
Lovely to have a class that's well set around a theme.
There is a lovely cool down, but no warm up (as other commenters note), so perhaps best to do a short warm up yourself before the class.

This class is very challenging. I love the way patti cues the posses! She moves you calmly through the challenging poses!! Great for building core and arm strength!
If arms are your weak spot (like me), this is a very, very difficult class. I wish there had been some more warmup, but otherwise, it was lovely.

And this class doesn't have a level. This video needs some love. It's a great class that targets my weekness-shoulder strength. I say it's a level 3 and one of my favorite go-to's when I feel like my arms didn't get enough attention.
