Phenomenal class when I want to move but don't have a whole lot of time. I can definitely see myself doing this practice again, progressing a little more each time.
Been doing yoga with yogaworks for years but I don't think anyone's ever taught this pose! Very challenging but rewarding. And excellent sequencing
I really loved this class. I've been running a lot past two years. As much as I love running, training for a marathon always takes tall on my yoga practice, my body just gets very stiff and tight with running 30 + miles a week so my flexibility goes out of window a lot of times. however, for some strange reason I was able to reach the pose even thou it was for about a split second and not so esthetic lol. This was my second time trying this class. The first time I didn't get anywhere close. . Also. as a yoga teacher I loved how the class was efficiently sequenced! I really appreciated that we get to open up areas of the body that needed to loosen up in not even 40 min without getting tired out!
