I wouldn't call it "high" energy and I'd call it advanced beginner more than intermediate, but it was definitely a great, not too easy, wake me upper. And was just what I was looking for. :)

Enjoyed this quick waking up practice on my way out the door- it would be nice to offer extended silence for the meditation (please stop the verbal queues during that part)

This is a wonderful sequence. I did this after one of the 30 minute plyo workouts on this site as an extended stretch, but can see myself doing the class again on its own. I also really appreciate the brief seated meditation at the end!

It was a nice morning sequence, loved the side stretches though I felt it was a little rough on the knees, I would have like some acknowledgment toward that or at least a few seconds to pad with my mat folded before going right into the position. Also, some of the instructions were hard to understand and given too quickly for the more complex positioning.
