Clear, measured instructions. Very well-planned sequences, excellent exercise for the shoulders. Many small essential tips along the way. And the proper savasana at the end.
My slouching shoulders needed this class. It seemed slow, but my Fitbit actually recorded 22 mins cardio and 2 mins peak. Nice clear instruction. And I managed to grab my left foot with my right hand for the first time ever!
I loved this class. My favorite was the part with the strap, rolling the triceps forward. My shoulders felt so open afterwards. But the whole class is amazing. Thank you Anne!
excellent full length level 2 class. Anne offers a grounding, calming class with beneficial cues and lots of opportunities to open throughout your chest, shoulders and some bonus back strengthening.

Really great for opening the shoulders, but not very rigorous. I didn't break a sweat. Overall, a good sequence.

I wish I knew this was an hour and 14 minutes not just 14 minutes. After 34 minutes I checked the time and saw I wasn't even half way done.
I loved this sequence. It's an overall thorough practice when you need to take it easy and remember alignment cues. Also, Anne used the blocks in ways I never would've considered for some really wonderful opening and stretching. Less of a prop and more of a tool. I'm definitely taking notes!
