Awesome sequence. Unexpectedly long holds. For being a level 2, there are a LOT of level 3 variations offered. I personally loved that, and it felt very much level 3 to me throughout as a result. I suppose if you didn't take any of those options it might feel like a level 2.

Good Class. You may want to do a little warm up before hand if its early morning, as you go straight into some strong poses. Nice that Andrea offers variations/options depending on your personal practice "level" Will keep it in my rotation.

Challenging class at a slower, more mindful pace. My muscles worked a lot during these long holds, and doing it regularly will build a lot of strength over time. Some options were too advanced for me so there is room to grow in this class.

I have never posted a comment on any of the videos I’ve practiced with, but I have to say that I really enjoyed this class! It’s rigorous and made me recognize my strength, for sure, but it isn’t a fast paced flow like most vinyasa classes today. We held poses and took time to breathe, and the slower pace left me actually paying attention to my poses and alignment, as well as my breath. I recommend this class if you enjoy a strong practice (that will leave you sweaty) with longer holds and less flow. Thank you!

I've felt low energy for the past two weeks because of everything going on in the world. This was a great, challenging, meditative class. Level 2 is a perfect description. There was enough instruction to move you along, but not so much talk to take your focus away from what you're doing. Beautiful class, I really felt the work out.

As a person with very open hips and not-so-optimal strength, the wide stance throughout was a great entry point to strong postures. I also loved all of the different options (including the suggestions to pause the video and prolong in a couple of places) and felt like I could really listen to what my body needed. Thank you!
