This is a pretty straightforward flow into a short series of forward bends and one hip opener. It's short, the flow is fairly quick, and Jesse emphasizes a few of the standing poses nicely. Cuing is helpful and focuses on accessing what is available to you in the moment.

I almost didn't try this class based on the reviews. I am so glad I did! For me, this class was the perfect pace. I enjoyed the balance between the flowing poses and the holding poses and REALLY loved the deeper stretching at the end. No props, either, so fantastic for doing in a hotel room! Thank you!

I liked the class as a whole, it was well rounded, but the pace was a bit too quick for me, i had to stop the video several times in order to get the vinyassa with full breath and not rushing my breath cycle.. thank you anyways, it felt good in the end..

There is a nice easing into building the heart rate and then winding down with yang holds. I also likes the longer holds with the worrier poses. Nice sweat and cool down.

worked up a sweat but felt in the beginning the pace was too fast. As class progressed I found my own pace and felt much better. It was a good workout but I wasn't overly impressed with the sequencing.

Jesse, your such an ity bity thing, but you pack quite a practice... The speed of the flow portion was faster then I'm use too, but I did find myself enjoying it. Since it went so fast I didn't have time to over think or over analyze what I was doing I just let my breath flow me into the next position... And the cool down was fantastic!! Thank you Jesse =D
