I loved this. As a power/vinyasa yogi who is newer to yin concepts I found the instruction very useful. It’s like David psychically knows when to instruct right when I’m starting to feel lost or slip into a pattern!
David Kim - All you do is talk!!! I'm so stress now. This is also not a relaxing class.
I am sure I'll be returning to this class again and again to let the layers go in natural time, over time, and to encounter myself where I am at any given moment. It was nice that David talked less as the class progressed. I hope he'll make more videos like this, and talk just a little less, and make only small suggestions of focus and observation for us to consider, so that it might be even more meditative overall. I really loved this class though, and I highly recommend.
The quad/hip release is really intense and good. Very appropriate selection of modifications for balancing the lower body

this is the most calming practice, ever. I love David. I feel like I took 4 anti anxieties, except instead i did something good for my body with the same result.. if not better! ;)
