Whet your appetite for more yoga with this classic YogaWorks sequence. Recommended props: 2 blocks, 1 blanket, 1 strap

Not too challenging but enough to feel well stretched, open, strong and energized. Agree that it fits especially well for me early in the day. Love the instruction and encouragement too!

It's been a while since I last took this class and wanted to add onto my review. The class really does fly by! No full sun salutations here. There are a couple down dogs and a few forward folds, but no planks. Would be a good class for someone with wrist issues. Emphasis is really on opening/stretching the hip flexors. Poses include crescent, warrior I, and triangle.

Even though this is a beginners class, it is perfect for all levels when you wake up in the morning. There's a great combo of stretching and strength tonged your day going!

Really enjoyed this class! The 30 minutes flew by. Agree with the comment that this is a more advanced Level I class. (If the pace were slightly faster and there weren't so much instruction this could be a Level II.) Would like to see more classes like this -- kind of in-between Level I and Level II.

Great 'appetizer' class! Love it!

This felt a lot more difficult than the other Level 1 classes . Just wanted others to know.
