I loved the class again. Thank you!
I do feel refreshed. Romy’s pace was perfect. The reflective pauses contributed to a sense of ease. Thank you, Romy!
This was a wonderful class for me to safely get back into the sequences and poses I love after dealing with neck issues for some months. I love how thoroughly we worked into the movements and had time to breathe!
Romy’s thoughtful asana sequence and specific clear instruction make this a good basic yoga choice.
I enjoyed the centering and chavasana but there was some confusing cues. Assumes level 1 yogis know the proper alignment for many poses.
This has become my go to class when I get home from work exhausted and tight. It’s the perfect length. The instructor is really good. I always feel amazing when I’m done.
Great thank you !!!
Just what I needed. I'd taken a several month break from yoga due to injury and needed something to ease myself back gently to it. This was definitely a nice way to come back. It's slow but nicely instructed and the stretches and poses are attainable at any level. Highly recommend.
I practiced with Romy ten years ago before moving out of the area she taught in and she always stood out as one of my favorite teachers. I was SO excited when I saw her name here and as always, she did not disappoint. Incredible slow flow class that made me feel so renewed after. Thank you!
I'm recovering from surgery, and this class was perfect, I had the time to modify, to adjust and to hold the asana. Good ques and not too many. Thank you Romy!
I prefer a slow flow, so I am definitely biased. But this was a great class that allowed good time for strength building while holding but not too long that you're going crazy. I feel like this pace really allows me to focus on alignment to make sure I'm doing the asanas properly to avoid injury (which has happened to me in other yoga classes). Calming, but also built a little heat.
I will say that I also had to turn my volume up much higher than all the other classes, so if your sound system is not strong, this could be an issue.
Love this! thank you
Nice flow...but system and device are at max level volume...and the volume is still insufficient.
The best all-around level 1 practice (at least for me) on this site, by a healthy margin. The first one that's opened my hips, legs, and shoulders, held my attention, and left me feeling refreshed. Thank you, Romy :)
I am recovering from an injury and this was perfect. Just enough flow to get good heat going, with a well-rounded mix of hip- and shoulder-opening and restorative asanas. Clear and helpful cues. Thank you, Romy! Namaste.
Deeply relaxing, deeply stretched. Feel grounded and ready to meet whatever the day has to offer!
Really enjoyed this! My whole body was deeply stretched, and I felt so good. Namaste, Romy!
Such a beautiful practice. Thank you for some really helpful asana cues!
I really liked this and felt so relaxed after.
