Melanie, thank you for your wonderful instruction. I have been going to yoga works for about 7 years. I'm 73 years old but in great shape....used to have some lower back pain but yoga has cured that. I do one of your classes whenever I can't get to my studio and have loved every one. It is so nice to have the same yoga works type instruction when I can't get to classes. Thank you again!
