Great for Friday night. So true about digestion (spinal twist comment) and yoga. I crave food much less since practicing regularly as well. I find the purported benefits of yoga nidra also apply to methodical and meditative yoga practice like this session. 🙏🏻

This is the class we have played the most. At the end of the day, when not online, and I have been working in the shop and outdoors, I remember the movements from this class and they are very therapeutic.

What a great class! I stand and walk all day for work then sit and drive between locations. My legs and hips get very tight. This class offered relief from tight muscles and was just the right length. Brigitte is a great teacher, clear instructions and a very soothing voice.

I agree with Molly. I am an office worker, too but this counteracts the rigidness I develop from running. Add a Legs up the Wall pose for a bonus.
I work an office job so I'm not on my feet all day...but as a runner, this is a great video! My legs are tight and sore from running and pushing myself in workouts and this video really felt great!

I work 10 hour days in a pharmacy, standing primarily at one spot. I have been feeling stiffness and discomfort in my lower back lately and this video really helps relief me of that! I too would definitely love more videos like this!
I cater/bartend for events, which sometimes go really long. After standing in one place for 12 hours, it's nice to run through this session. My legs feel a lot better afterwards. My only suggestion is to add a bit more lower back stretches and a few arm stretches; most people on their feet all day (servers, retail workers, laborers, etc) tend to do a lot of bending, reaching, and picking stuff up. Legitimately my legs feel a lot better, but I'd love to touch on those achy parts a bit more. Thanks so much for this video!!! Post more like it please! :)
