This is a meditation I am going to memorize and try to do on my own. It is logical and beautiful in its simplicity. I was able to appreciate the birds and the sounds of cars and a truck backing up. It was harmonious with my chest breathing. I am grateful for that rare experience. I am enjoying my summer (teacher) so much more because of meditations like this. Namaste
