Explore the different paces you can bring to your practice in this energetic class.

Great one to wake up the body in the morning with a combo of slower stretching and then high-intensity, explosive movements to really get the blood flowing. 20 mins goes nice and quickly!

loved it! the pace really helped me think of breathwork from a new (faster) angle! i really enjoyed Vytas's go getter attitude and insight on keeping the pace fresh and breaking (or creating new) boundaries. v cool

(also the page deleted a negative comment i wanted to reply to :'D to that i just wanted to say, sure yoga is about slowing it down but its also about exploring boundaries, 'finding comfort in discomfort' something my teacher taught me. cheers)

Definitely a fun, energetic class. Its goes by quickly & with the quick intervals, it's a good combination of challenging.

Afternoon slump setting in while working from home. Well, not anymore! This got the nerve endings fired up. I’m much more awake now and ready to make the most of the rest of the day! Thanks Vytas!

I loved this combination of static, mindful/slow, and vigorous movements! I have found of some of the other more interval/high intense videos to be a bit too exhausting instead of energizing, but this video felt like a just right challenge, exactly what I needed after a tiring afternoon! I feel ready to take on the rest of my day on the right foot :)

This practice is not for some of us. I wanted an invigorating practice, but not all bodies can do explosive movements so I just slowed them down. I would not recommend this for post menopausal women with joint problems and with aggravated pitta. I should have looked for a different practice. Although I do wish I could practice like this without pain.

Wow. I loved this workout. I broke a sweat quickly, got an overall stretch...and was able to power through knowing it was 20 minutes long.
