Great well-rounded sequence. I do like it when the teacher brings you out of sivasana, which doesn't happen here, but otherwise a great practice.

I was not in the mood on this quarantine day but I knew that meant I needed some yoga - chose this short practice in the middle of my telecommute work day - glad that I did. I would say this is somewhere between level one and level two. Not much in the way of flow but I feel much better for having done it. I think this would be a great one to mix in with a run or jog or hike, which I may do later today!

This was a great class. Short and sweet. Gets the job done when you don't have a lot of time! I am a fan! Thanks!

I wanted to do a quick lunchtime class to decompress. The constant cueing had the reverse effect on me today.

This is my go-to class when I'm short on time and want a quick yoga session that covers the basics. David has a very soothing voice and gives just enough instruction. Love!

A well rounded practice in just 30 minutes. I love David's instruction!

Well-rounded class. I feel worked but energized. Think I found my new favorite class!

The simple note David made to have the feet under the knees in cross leg position was so helpful to me. Normally my feet go under my calves and then I'm squishing my feet really hard and it hurts. Having my feet under my knees doesn't cause as much squish or pain. Thank you =D

Really nice class great for days when you don't have time for a full class. This was a perfect mix of strengthening and stretching.

David gives such great instructions that I could do this practice with my eyes closed. Very well rounded practice with great stretches for morning or evening.

My thighs and hips are very tight in the morning. This session had great stretches to open those areas up so I'm not walking around like tin man the rest of the day. I also enjoyed the challenge that I got from some of the stretches... Good morning class

I have been doing the yogaworks videos for a while, and I keep coming back to this one. Excellent practice, and I feel refreshed every time I do it. Really appreciate the tip about using blocks for the lift, as that made the difference for me too!

Hi. I loved this class, simple and to the point. However I seem to have short arms and there is one pose I cannot do - the cross legged lift between navasana. Is there any way I can modify this please?

Jill R.

-

This is one of those short but really sweet sequences that allows you to focus on your yoga basics and really challenge yourself to pay attention to alignment. David offers plenty of great cues about positioning and focus, and while these poses may seem familiar, theres lots of space for you to explore to your yoga edge.

A classic, tidy sequence. Thank you.
